Preparing your Artwork Correctly

Please be sure to read the instructions below before submitting artwork for any type of printing, failure to follow these instructions may result in errors. When sending files to us please make sure the following have been completed;

• All print files should be supplied at a minimum resolution of 300dpi in a CMYK colour profile.
• Please allow a bleed around the outside of your design. Please do not place text or images right to the edge as these may be cut off during the finishing stages. In the case of banners please allow 2" (50mm) from the outside edge to allow for hemming and eyelets. If your preparing artwork for one of our other print options, other than banners please allow a 1" (25mm) from the outside edge.
• Any text in your artwork should be converted to outlines (curves) or you must include the original fonts or type used when creating your artwork.

What files do we accept?

The signs101 design and print production team are highly trained in the use of all market leading design softwares, this allows us to cater and support all our clients.

Our current studio setup includes the complete Adobe design suite, Corel draw and Signlab, this allows us to cater for a wide range of client needs. Please see the list below to see what files we currently accept.

Setup complete.....How do I get my files to you?

There are a number of ways you can get your final files to us. Please see below for a variety of options.

• POSTAL SERVICE - If your not in rush why not put your artwork on a CD or Memory stick and send it to our postal address; (ADD POSTAL ADDRESS HERE)
  
• EMAIL SERVICE - If your in a rush and need to get artwork files to us quickly then simply email them to us.
  
• FTP SERVICE - We also provide an FTP service for all you artist and designers out there that have huge data files that need sending across. In order to protect privacy and security we only ever release FTP details to client who have placed an order with us. If you wish to send us something via FTP please get in contact first to discuss.
